Butterfly Drink Coasters

Hello my crafty followers!
I am super excited to share with you a gift I made for
a friend! Shhhh, Don't tell her!

For this project I used the Butterfly Sentiments stamps set.
Brutus Monroe  Premium Chalk inks:
4X4 Ceramic Tiles
Heat gun

I started by stamping one color of the butterfly image at a time.

After each color, I used my heat gun to quick dry each color before
applying the next to avoid smudging.

I repeated the same technique using a second butterfly image.

I set them aside to dry on their own for approximately 2 hours. I then wanted
to permanently set the ink into the ceramic tile, so I baked them in my oven
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Please use caution when removing them
from the oven!  After allowing them to cool completely, I tested them out
by hand washing them with a mild dish soap. Guess What? It's permanent!!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial on Ceramic coasters.
I am simply amazed with the endless possibilites with these inks!!

Christmas gif tcard holder tag

Hello my friends!

Today I am here to share with you my design team project for

The stamp set used is All I Want For Christmas.

My image was stamped using Memento Tuxedo black ink
and colored with Copic markers.
After hand cutting the image out, I added some crystal
colored stickles to make it sparkle.
I stamped the snowflake image onto the bag using white ink.
For the tag base I cut a pocket card  and added some patterend layers
to make it pop.
Using foam adhesive squares, I attached my girl to the front of the tag.
The pocket is perfect for adding a gift card, or a special
note to the recipient.

Head on over to OAK Tree Stamps and get your stamp set today!

Thanks for stopping by!
